What this site is

This website presents Valette Capital, the private investment house of Dennie Frits, for general information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument, and nothing on it constitutes investment, legal, tax or other professional advice.

A private house

Valette Capital invests its own capital. It does not manage money for third parties, does not solicit funds from the public, and does not offer investment services. Approaching the house with a business plan or pitch creates no obligation on either side.

Accuracy

We keep this site truthful and current, but we make no warranty as to completeness or accuracy, and we accept no liability for decisions based on its contents. References to portfolio companies describe our involvement at the time of writing; holdings change. Operating companies are held through Valette Ventures B.V.

Third parties

Links to portfolio company websites lead to businesses with their own management and their own responsibility. Their content is theirs, not ours.

Privacy

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers. It keeps a simple count of visits on our own systems: the page viewed, the country, the language setting, whether the screen is small, and how long the page stayed open. A random identifier in your browser's local storage tells returning visits from new ones; it contains nothing about you and you can clear it at any time.

If you send a pitch through the form, your answers and files are stored in a private store of our own, read by the founder with the help of an AI assistant that summarises and scores them, and used for nothing else. We keep them while the conversation is open and delete them on request.

If you e-mail us, we use your message and contact details only to consider and answer it. They are never sold or shared, and you can ask us to delete them at any time via info@valettecapital.com.
